Addrit in Outlook: Default Operation
Addrit provides the following toolbar in "Microsoft ® Outlook ®":

This is the simplest way to write a letter or fax to a contact:

Select the desired contact in Outlook.

Start Addrit on the toolbar by using one of the following icons:
for manually or
for automatically configuration of the address.

Addrit starts Word and sets up a new document.
For this the user is asked for a document template (using the standard window of Word).

Configure the selected address, depending on the pressed button automatically or
manually.

The
address will be inserted into the document.
The program
is optimized for inserting an address in a new document with as few as possible operating steps.
Here, the rich functionality of Outlook for sorting and displaying the contacts can be used, e.g. for grouping by categories.
With user
options default values - e.g. for the type of address and salutation - can be defined from which the handling in many cases can be further optimized.
By using the buttons with the letters also the manual selection of a document template can be omitted!
