Mail Merge: Main Document

After assembling the the mail list Addrit automatically performs:

• create a data source

• fills the data source with the address list data

Then the user is prompted to save the data source, using the standard window of Word. After storage Addrit automatically performs:

• assign the data source to the opened document

• insert mail merge fields into the document

Further processing can be performed with the standard features of Word. In appropriate preparation of the document, all required data fields can be determined automatically.
